We deliver all across Pakistan with Cash on Delivery, so you can shop with confidence and pay only when your order reaches your doorstep.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all major cities and most towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Order processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
Delivery time
- Major cities (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Karachi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and others): 2–4 working days
- Other cities and remote areas: 4–7 working days
Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, bad weather or other situations outside our control. Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
Shipping charges
Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you place your order. Any free-shipping offers will be clearly shown on our website.
Cash on Delivery
Pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready. Most couriers do not allow parcels to be opened before payment, but you can check the outer packaging — if it looks damaged or tampered with, do not accept it and contact us right away.
Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share your tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also use the Track order link at the top of our website.
Delivery attempts & address
Please make sure your address and phone number are complete and correct. The courier will usually attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If a parcel is returned because the customer was unavailable or refused it without a valid reason, re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please follow our Return & Exchange Policy and contact us within 7 days with your unboxing video.
