1. About us

Summa.pk is an online store based in Islamabad, Pakistan, delivering products across the country. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Summa.pk, and “you” refers to the customer or visitor.

2. Using our website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or place fake or fraudulent orders. If you are under 18, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and pricing

  • We try to show products as accurately as possible. Colours and small details may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability may change without notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and inform you.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may confirm your order by call, SMS or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, incomplete details or suspected fraud. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

We currently offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You agree to pay the full order amount to the courier at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders without a valid reason may result in advance payment being required on future orders.

6. Shipping, returns and exchanges

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and exchanges, returns and refunds by our Return & Exchange Policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Your information

You agree to give accurate and complete information when placing an order. How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the Summa.pk name, logo, text, graphics and design, belongs to Summa.pk or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Summa.pk is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
