Keep the internet on when the power goes. This mini UPS charges while the mains are up and switches over the instant they drop — your router never reboots, so calls, classes and downloads keep running straight through load shedding.
Why you'll like it
- 12000mAh battery — 5 to 6 hours of backup on a typical router, enough to cover a long outage.
- Switchable 9V and 12V output — pick the mode that matches your router, with support for 0.5A and 1A devices.
- No reboot, no dropped connection — switchover is instant, so video calls and online classes don't cut out.
- Safety circuitry built in — overcharge and short-circuit protection that also protects battery life.
- Works with routers, modems and cameras — any compatible 9V or 12V DC device.
- Compact — sits behind or beside the router without needing a shelf of its own.
Before you buy
Check the adapter on your router: it should read 9V or 12V, at 0.5A or 1A. Most home routers and fiber ONTs do. Set the switch to match your router's voltage before connecting — using the wrong mode can damage the device. Backup time depends on what you connect; a single router lasts longest, a router plus ONT together will run shorter.
